We love being part of a good night for a good cause, and we say yes when we can. Fill this out and it comes straight to us instead of getting lost in our inbox.

A few honest notes before you start. We're a small business, we can't say yes to everything, and the more specific you are here the faster we can give you a real answer. Best guess is fine on anything you're not sure about, except your event date and your decision deadline. We need those to be right.

Please give us at least 30 days. Requests that come in with less than a month before the event usually can't be filled, because donations get planned, made, and delivered around a full events calendar. If your event is closer than that, still send it. Just know the answer is more likely to be no, and say so in the last box so we can try.

The details that decide it

When do you need an answer? * Give us your real deadline, not a padded one. If it's tight, say so in the last box. How would the donation be recognized? Program listing, signage, social media, verbal mention at the event, or nothing at all. Nothing at all is a fine answer, we just like to know. Have we donated to you before?
