Everything you need to host the perfect Mahjong Party!

Not sure how much to order? Mahjong is four players to a table. A party of 20 needs 5 tables and 5 sets, 32 people needs 8, and 40 needs 10. Every player needs their own card.

Rental period. All pricing reflects a one-day rental period — 24 hours from drop-off. We deliver before your event and return within that window for pickup. Anything past 24 hours is billed as a second day.

Delivery & set-up. One delivery fee covers both the drop-off and the pick-up. Fees are based on distance from 77098:

• Under 10 miles — $60

• 10 to 20 miles — $100

• 20 to 35 miles — $135

• Over 35 miles — quoted for you

Set-up and breakdown. We set your room up before your guests arrive and break it all down at pick-up. Both together are $50 per game table. Larger or unusual set-ups are quoted with your order.

Minimum order. Rentals start at $500 before tax and the security deposit. Smaller orders are welcome for pickup at our place.

Set styles. All lines are subject to availability. If the set you had in mind is already booked, we'll substitute a comparable one and let you know before your event. Tell us your preference and we'll do our best.

Tiles. Each set has 152 tiles. We don’t play with blanks. We count them before they leave us and again at pickup, with you. Missing or damaged tiles are $25 each when we can replace them. Many of our sets are limited runs whose tiles cannot be replaced — in that case the full set has to be replaced, and our sets run $300 to $1000.

Racks, mats, and linens. Spills happen. But racks and mats aren't wipe-clean, and racks are only sold in sets of four — so one ruined rack means replacing all four. Damage is charged at replacement cost.

Cancellations. We hold your date and turn away other bookings for it, so we have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Tell us as soon as you know and we’ll talk it through.

Deposits. We don’t take a booking deposit. Your rental is paid in full to book, and your date and inventory are held as soon as payment comes in. Every order carries a $100 refundable security deposit, returned in full once everything is back and counted.

Payment. Prices shown do not include sales tax, which is added at checkout.

Every renter signs a short rental agreement covering the above before we deliver.
