You can request a return or exchange of the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. The product must be unused and in its original condition, in original packaging, unwrapped, and include any accessories. Please include the reason for refund along with your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less original shipping cost and a $10 restock fee, within 7-14 business days after the return is processed. 
 Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense. Please reach out to thetravelingmahjonseries@gmail.com with any questions regarding your return or exchange. All purchases on our memberships, drop ins, and events final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Products obtained through private resale, third-party transactions, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for return, exchange, replacement, or warranty review, as The Traveling Mahjong Series cannot verify product handling, storage conditions, or use after transfer of ownership. If a product is purchased from a third party or previous owner, any concerns must be addressed directly with the seller from whom the product was purchased. The Traveling Mahjong Series is not responsible for transactions or representations made between private parties. Any product concerns must be reported by the original purchaser in accordance with our return policy. The Traveling Mahjong Series reserves the right to deny claims for products purchased through unauthorized resale channels.
